Born and bred in Poole, Tina has a long-standing connection to the local marine community, having spent time on the water from an early age fishing on her father’s boat.

She has a keen interest in music and particularly enjoys attending live performances. Outside of work, she values her leisure time and the opportunity to travel.

Following a successful 30-year career in retail, including management roles, Tina transitioned into the insurance sector, where she has built over a decade of experience within customer service and administration teams. Her background includes travel and home insurance, with responsibilities spanning customer service queries, policy administration, handling complaints, issuing documentation, and supporting the training of colleagues.

With a strong focus on delivering clear, professional service and resolving policy issues efficiently, Tina brings a wealth of experience and a customer-focused approach to her role as Senior Administrator at Stoneways Underwriting Centre.
