We are a specialist yacht and marine MGA & brokerage seeking a Yacht & Marine Insurance Executive to join our established team in Poole (full-time, office-based).

This role would suit someone with a strong boating or marine trade background who is looking to build a long-term career within the marine insurance sector. Insurance experience is advantageous but not essential.

You will support underwriting, client servicing and policy administration while developing into a commercially focused, client-facing role within a respected specialist business.

This is more than an administration role. It is an opportunity to build specialist expertise within a respected marine business and develop into a key part of a growing, client-focused team.
